Scope of Work:
The Data and Analysis Manager is responsible for overseeing data-driven decision-making processes by leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualization techniques. This role involves managing data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business objectives. The Data and Analysis Manager will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of data strategies
Position Responsibilities:
- This will be a remote role.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Lead a team of data analysts, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
- Utilize advanced analytics methodologies, including predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques, to extract meaningful insights.
- Oversee data collection, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Manage and optimize database systems using SQL and other database management tools.
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data needs, define key metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and database management.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, with expertise in advanced analytics techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis, such as Python and R.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to apply machine learning algorithms and predictive modelling to solve business challenges.
