Professional VoIP Telecommunications Engineer

As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining complex telecom systems, ensuring that they meet our clients' needs and provide outstanding performance.Telecommunications Engineer Responsibilities & Duties• Troubleshooting networking issues and overseeing system upgrades.• Ensuring optimal performance of the VoIP network.• Collaborating cross functional teams to integraDte VoIP technology with other systems.• Providing technical support and training to users on how to use the VoIP system.• Regular testing and monitoring of the VoIP network to identify and address performance issues. • Documenting and maintaining VoIP systems and procedures.• Deep understanding of network protocols, VoIP network hardware and software, and excellent troubleshooting skills.  • Design entire networks or portions of networks that include selection of hardware and software packages• Planning, designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining the implementation of the Voice infrastructure including hardware/software recommendations• Managing day-to-day delivery of services (VOIP, SIP, ACD, Carrier Network) to ensure adherence to defined service levels• Installation, administration, operation, trouble diagnosis and maintenance of VoIP, unified communications and call center equipment for major relocation actions• Able to troubleshoot with the Network team on network issues related to VOIP technologies• Ensuring the development of documentation, including appropriate policies and procedures for all aspects of VoIP network• Performing customer assessments, design, build, and technical documentation in support of the organization
