Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver/Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role involves delivering orders to customers efficiently while assisting in the kitchen to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery driving, expediting and customer service. A reliable vehicle, valid clean driver’s license, insurance and familiarity with the delivery area is essential for this position.
Duties
- Safely operate your delivery vehicle to transport hot and cold food to customers within the designated delivery area.
- Deliver orders accurately and promptly while providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist in the kitchen by preparing ingredients, cleaning workspaces, and supporting food preparation tasks as needed.
- Follow driving plans and adhere to traffic laws to ensure timely deliveries.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, especially within the hospitality industry a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with
driver or courier roles is preferred. - Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
