This is a full-time, on-site role for a Superintendent, based in Reno, NV. The Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. The Superintendent will also act as a key liaison between project management and the field crew to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
