This role partners closely with customers to understand business and technical challenges and designs solutions aligned to customer goals and constraints.The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical experience in one or more of the following areas:CloudCybersecurityInfrastructureNetworkingStorageVirtualizationStrong communication skills are essential, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from technical engineers to executive stakeholders. The role requires the ability to identify solution patterns and anti-patterns and recommend the most appropriate approach based on customer requirements.Remote work is accepted for this position.ResponsibilitiesSupport sales teams by developing and documenting technical solutions aligned to customer needs and objectivesCreate sales support documentation, including responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; architectural diagrams; solution requirements; and pricing or quoting materialsIdentify and support sales opportunities through technical discovery and solution alignmentCollaborate with sales teams, vendors, partners, and customersObtain and maintain technical certifications aligned with organizational strategyTravel for events, meetings, or conferences as needed (typically quarterly)Continuously assess work quality and efficiency and recommend improvements to systems and processesPerform additional duties or projects as assignedRequirements3 years of relevant experience or coursework supporting, designing, or implementing technology infrastructure solutions (physical, virtual, or cloud-based)Interest in pursuing or currently holding advanced or expert-level certifications in strategic technology areas or vendor platformsBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience3 years of experience supporting federal customers or projectsWork Authorization / Security RequirementsAbility to obtain a security clearanceNice to HaveProfessional-level or architect-level certificationsExisting or recent federal agency EOD or active clearanceExperience working for or with a value-added reseller (VAR)Physical RequirementsAbility to work in an office or remote environmentProlonged periods of sitting and working at a computerAbility to lift, carry, or move moderate weight as required on an occasional basisEqual Opportunity StatementThe company is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace.
