Answer the following in your response (non-responders will not be considered)

  • When you are looking through court records or PACER, how do you find winning patterns in how other lawyers wrote their legal papers, instead of just searching for names?
  • Because of your experience in debate or mock trial, how do you decide which parts of a case belong under categories like "Duty," "Fault," or "Damages"?
  • We want the writing in our legal papers to be top-quality. How does your experience reading famous books or literature help you write clear and powerful stories for our cases?
  • Tell us about a time you used AI or new software to help organize a huge amount of information. How did you make sure the final writing still sounded professional and smart?
  • Some people think only lawyers should write and edit legal motions. What is your opinion on that, and does your debate background make you want to take the lead on drafting these documents?
  • Besides simple internet searches, what special tools or research methods do you use to double-check that we have the right information about a company or person we are suing?
  • Why is it so important to label every piece of evidence with a special number (Bates stamping) as soon as we get it, and how does this show the other side that we are ready for a trial?
  • How do you keep track of what information is missing so you can make sure we get things like doctor's notes or expert reports long before the court deadline?
  • When you are researching a specific judge, how do you look at their old decisions to help us figure out the best way to write our papers for that specific courtroom?
  • We judge success by how much high-quality work you get done each week (like finishing 150 tasks). How do you plan your schedule to make sure you get a lot done without making any mistakes?
