Schedule:
- Every Wednesday and Thursday: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Every other Friday: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Every other Saturday and Sunday: variable hours based on family needs
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Family Assistant to support a busy executive household in Pasadena. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping a family stay on track and can confidently manage a mix of childcare support, meal preparation, errands, and household organization.
The right candidate is reliable, flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced home environment with four children and one family dog.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up children from school
- Drive children to and from after-school activities
- Prepare school lunches
- Make after-school snacks and dinner
- Organize children’s closets, sports equipment, and uniforms
- Create grocery lists and complete grocery shopping
- Manage returns and post office runs
- Prepare food for the family dog
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Clean driving record required
- Must be comfortable transporting children using the family vehicle
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to take initiative and manage a variety of tasks
- Comfortable around dogs

Pay: $25.00 per hour
