Full Job Description
Greenkeeper/Grounds Maintenance
Talamore Country Club is looking for highly motivated individuals for the 2026 golf season to be a part of a great team maintaining and improving a 18 hole championship golf course.
- Job duties include: *
- · Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment
- · Mowing of Greens Tees Fairways and Roughs
- · Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
- · Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing
- · Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material
- · Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up)
- · Assists with golf course set-up procedures
- · Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
- · Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
- · Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas
- · Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- · Performs other duties as required
- · Watering if capable, heavy machine operation if capable and partake in projects.
- · Flexible Schedules.
Job Requirements
- Valid drivers liscense
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to start early morning ( 5 to 5.30 am start time )
- ·Be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- ·Walk long distances.
- ·Work in different weather environments (heat, cold, rain)
- ·Be able to work one weekend morning ( 4 hours).
Benefit Conditions:
- Only full-time employees eligible
Hours per week:
- 30 - 40 plus overtime
