What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance across a diverse investment portfolio
- Support valuation analysis, financial reporting, and investment-related insights
- Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes using AI and analytics tools
- Prepare materials and analysis for senior leadership, investors, and internal teams
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and portfolio transparency
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, asset management, public accounting, financial planning & analysis, or a related analytical role
- Strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation concepts, and performance measurement
- Proven ability to work with complex datasets and translate findings into business insights
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting
- Experience working with financial data, reporting platforms, and large datasets
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, AI tools, or other data visualization and automation technologies is a plus
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to improve workflows and business processes
