- Manage the President's schedule, coordinate meetings and appointments with clients, and ensure a smooth and organized workflow to optimize productivity.
- Personal work includes assisting with event planning and execution, birthday parties and holiday gatherings.
- Act as a point of contact for family members, managing inquiries and relaying messages.
- Maintain an organized home office, managing files, documents, and important paperwork.
- Research and source products and services for the household, make informed purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate family travel, including visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation.
- Attend meetings with the President and act as point person for preparation of meeting details and notes; follow up as “action plan” point person, distribute summary with team and oversee execution of plans and projects
- Act with complete confidentiality and discretion; incorporating specific nuances for the President, acted with a high level of tact and sensitivity to many different business relationships
- Act as representative and main point of correspondence for many high-profile relationships and executives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels, while managing budgets for business trips and expenses.
- Coordinate with third-party companies to organize and execute events and luncheons for the Marketing team.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, oversee projects, and ensure quality results.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
