Responsibilities:
- Assist our dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment.
- Provide medical records management, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with general dentistry appointments.
- Operate a CBCT an Panoramic to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans.
- Participate in four-handed dentistry, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our dental professionals.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical terminology and dental procedures.
- Support our dental clinic with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and processing patient payments.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of medical records management and dental clinic procedures.
- Experience in infection control and patient safety.
- Familiarity with CBCT and Panoramic technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with four-handed dentistry and medical terminology.
- Portuguese - fluent
