Responsibilities
- Leading day-to-day school operations (scheduling, attendance, daily flow)
- Assisting Teachers with hands-on and theory-based cosmetology classes
- Supporting student growth, discipline, and mentorship
- Helping build a strong, positive school culture
- Communicating with the owner and bringing ideas to the table
- Ensuring the school is in compliance with state board rules and standards
- Managing practical learning on the salon floor
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
