Sales Manager

A professional Sales Manager required.

The position will be responsible developing and overseeing sales strategies, managing personnel, and fostering client and vendor relationships.

This position is full-time and is intended to be a long-term position requiring long-term commitment.

This position is based in Amherst, NH and the areas covered include ME, VT, NH. MA, CT and RI.

Job Skills Required:

Must have 5 years of sale management and business background.

Must be committed to the position.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Municipal, governmental, and private sales experience.

Experience with truck sales or truck equipment skills very helpful.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Time management and organizational skills.

Multitasking, planning, and prioritizing.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong spreadsheet knowledge and development.

Full knowledge of all email functions.

Computer knowledge, operations, and basic troubleshooting.

Some mechanical background.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Work closely with sales and marketing to increase market penetration and develop new clients.

Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales reps.

Conduct weekly sales meetings to discuss targets and strategies.

Identify new market opportunities.

Assist in Lead Development and tracking.

Set sales goals and conduct performance reviews.

Analyze sales figures and develop an action plan.
