Panel Assembler

Position Details
- Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
- Pay: $24.00–$27.00 per hour
- Full-Time Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Strip, crimp, and terminate wires according to specifications
- Mount electrical and mechanical components safely and accurately
- Assemble medium-complexity electro-mechanical control panels and systems independently
- Perform in-process quality inspections to verify proper wiring, component orientation, and torque requirements
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Minimum of 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Experience with wire stripping, crimping, and component mounting
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
- Steel-toed boots required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
