Industrial Maintenance Technicians – We Want to Hear From You!
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing facility in Boulder, CO.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys solving problems, diagnosing equipment failures, and keeping production operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, fillers, labelers, and other production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
- Perform routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures.
- Support basic facility maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Collaborate with production teams and engineering personnel to resolve equipment issues.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience maintaining or repairing industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment problems.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and motor controls.
- Electrical troubleshooting or electrical certification.
- Experience with pneumatic systems, pumps, motors, and conveyors.
- Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.
- Experience with HVAC and facility maintenance.
- Familiarity with SAP maintenance documentation.
- Thermography certification.
