We are a growing private members club seeking Servers to join our opening and early-stage team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in high-expectation environments, care deeply about guest experience, and are comfortable operating in a start-up setting where standards are high and details matter. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their craft and understand that, in a private club environment, service is about relationships, trust, and consistency—not speed alone. Our club is strictly private. Members are not “customers” - they are part of a community. As such, this role demands warmth, professionalism, and discretion in equal measure. You will be expected to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and always represent the club with polish and respect.  We work hard and move quickly, but never at the expense of courtesy, teamwork, or quality.
