BASIC FUNCTION
Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire a Drone Assistant. As a Drone Assistant, you will be working directly with our Drone Pilot assisting with exterior cleaning operations. This role also assists ground crews with basic cleaning tasks, equipment setup, and job-site organization. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and is interested in drone technology and property services.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
- Assist with pre-flight checks and setup of drone equipment
- Act as visual observer during drone flights
- Help capture and organize inspection photos and videos for estimates and marketing
- Identify visible roof, siding, gutter, and surface conditions
- Maintain batteries, chargers, and drone storage
- Follow FAA rules and company safety procedures
- Assist technicians with equipment setup and breakdown
- Help manage hoses, surface cleaners, ladders, and safety cones
- Perform basic pressure washing and soft washing tasks after training
- Protect landscaping, windows, and outdoor fixtures
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Load and unload vehicles and equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Complete basic job documentation and reports
- Assist with vehicle and equipment cleaning and maintenance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
- Must have a good personality, excellent cleaning skills, and be committed to providing results; TEAM PLAYER.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality.
- Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Valid driver license
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
