Job Summary
The Director of Fixed Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s service, parts, and body shop operations. This role ensures profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across multiple locations by developing strategies, setting performance standards, and leading teams. The Director will drive operational excellence, maximize productivity, and strengthen customer relationships while aligning with Worldwide Equipment Sales’ mission and growth objectives.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for service, parts, and body shop operations across all company locations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
- Establish financial goals, manage departmental budgets, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for efficiency, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, resolve escalated concerns, and implement initiatives to improve service quality and retention.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all service and parts operations.
- Evaluate and implement technology, equipment, and systems to improve workflow, productivity, and reporting.
- Develop vendor and supplier relationships to negotiate favorable terms and enhance parts and service offerings.
- Report operational results, challenges, and opportunities to executive leadership regularly.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience in fixed operations within automotive, trucking, or heavy equipment industries.
- Proven track record of managing service and parts departments with measurable results in profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS), service scheduling, warranty administration, and inventory management.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
