About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our growing marketing team and take our branding to the next level. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, developing campaigns, visuals, and stories that capture the essence of our mission and connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute brand-aligned creative campaigns that highlight the company’s story, values, and craft-driven approach.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to conceptualize and produce compelling campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Analyze market research, consumer insights, and trends to develop and optimize creative direction that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
- Create campaign briefs, mood boards, and storyboards to guide design, photography, and copywriting teams from concept through execution.
- Evaluate campaign performance metrics to identity opportunities for refinement and content improvement.
- Champion the brand’s visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and memorable consumer experience.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred but not required.
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role managing creative projects from beginning to end.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required.
- Some experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing required.
- Experience in agency setting a plus.
- Experience with UI/UX a plus.
