What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at Pristine Queen Cleaning Co.?
Heavy lifting, reliable transportation and car insurance, Full time availability and a flexible schedule, Must be considerate of others and your team, enjoy making people happy, understand your pay will be based off your performance and on your ability to do your job and maintain quality product and representation of the company, love to clean or love it because you are good at it. Cleaning requires Hard labor, bending up and down, lots of time on your hands and knees, scrubbing with toothbrushes. you must be able to withstand 30-40 hrs of hard labor a week. Lots of travel required, anywhere from Wasilla, Palmer, Eagle River or anchorage. We have employee openings for all locations.
Employees will be paid a gas commission when worked 35-40 hrs in a week.
Training 2 weeks: $13 hourly starting pay.
Level 1 cleaner:
Level 2 cleaner:
Level 3 cleaner: 1 year and 6 months - 2 years, Rate: $22 an hour based on employees reliability and ability to get jobs done good and well.
In each level your rate will change week to week based on your performance, amount of complaints, call outs, no shows, and tardys etc...
