PrismPro Cleaning Solutions is seeking experienced independent subcontractors for a large post-construction detail clean at a commercial facility in Wichita, KS.
PROJECT DETAILS: Dates: Saturday May 30th Location: Andover, KS (address provided upon confirmation) Scope: Post-construction detail cleaning of a large commercial facility, Hours: Full day - start time TBD
COMPENSATION: $22 per hour
REQUIREMENTS — YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Previous cleaning experience, commercial or residential, Your own general liability insurance, proof required before start, Your own cleaning supplies and equipment, Reliable transportation to the job site, Ability to perform physical labor - on your feet all day, Available both full days, no exceptions.
THIS IS 1099 SUBCONTRACT WORK — NOT EMPLOYMENT. You are responsible for your own taxes. A subcontractor agreement must be signed before work begins.
Post-construction cleaning is physically demanding work. You will be cleaning construction dust, debris, and surfaces throughout a large commercial facility. This is not residential cleaning.
