We are seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead our Quality Management System, oversee ISO 9001:2015 compliance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and build a world-class quality culture throughout the organization.
This role reports directly to executive leadership and is responsible for customer quality, supplier quality, quality systems, metrology, compliance, and shipping operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys building systems, developing people, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and making a measurable impact within a growing organization.
What You'll Do
Lead the Quality Organization
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality and Shipping professionals
- Establish accountability, performance expectations, and professional development plans
- Foster a culture where quality is owned by every employee
- Partner with leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
Own the Quality Management System
- Serve as the owner of Prismier's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Lead internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and third-party certification audits
- Maintain document control, procedures, work instructions, and quality records
- Conduct Management Reviews and ensure ongoing audit readiness
- Drive corrective and preventive actions throughout the organization
Customer, Supplier & Operational Quality
- Lead customer corrective actions and nonconformance investigations
- Perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies
- Develop and strengthen supplier quality programs and supplier performance metrics
- Collaborate with domestic and international manufacturing partners to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Support quality planning activities including APQP, PPAP, First Article Inspection, and FAIR submissions
Metrology & Quality Systems
- Oversee calibration, metrology, and inspection activities
- Manage quality performance metrics and reporting
- Administer and optimize UniPoint Quality Management Software
- Utilize data to drive quality improvements and strategic decision-making
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field
- Or have 10 years of manufacturing quality experience
- 5 years of quality leadership experience
- Extensive ISO 9001:2015 experience
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, First Article Inspection, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Experience leading internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits
- Advanced GD&T and blueprint interpretation skills
- Hands-on metrology and inspection experience
- Proven ability to build teams and drive organizational improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UniPoint Quality Management Software
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Lead Auditor Certification

Compensation & Benefits
$125,000 - $150,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
