We’re hiring a Commercial Superintendent to join an established and growing Miami‑based General Contractor with a strong pipeline of high‑end restaurant and retail projects.
This role is ideal for an experienced Superintendent who thrives in the field, leads from the front, and takes pride in delivering quality projects on time and on plan. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with the project team to ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent
- Strong background in restaurant and retail construction
- Hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and quality control
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and driven to deliver results
- English required | Spanish preferred
