What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in residential service plumbing (troubleshooting, repairs, and installations).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in service call sales, leak detection, running sewer cameras, and drain line installations (4 years preferred).
- Communication: Must be English-speaking; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tablets and CRM software like Jobber (we will provide training).
- Physical Readiness: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on roofs as needed.
- Driver Requirements: Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean record (Age 25 required for company insurance purposes).
