Your Key Responsibilities
- Direct Clinical Care: Deliver nursing care to elderly and acutely ill residents with a focus on comfort, safety, and clinical excellence
- Medication Management: Administer medications, maintain narcotic records, and coordinate with pharmacies to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Clinical Collaboration: Partner with RNs using the SBAR process; accompany physicians during rounds and assessments
- Care Planning: Participate in resident evaluations, update care plans, and communicate key changes to families and interdisciplinary teams
- Leadership & Oversight: Supervise Medication Techs/Aides and support clinical admissions and discharges
- Emergency Response: Act confidently in urgent situations and maintain active CPR readines
What You Bring to the Team
- ✅ Active, unrestricted LPN license in the State of Arizona
- ✅ Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing
- ✅ Current CPR certification (required)
- ✅ 6 months of long‑term care experience preferred
- ✅ Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, punctuality, and professionalism
