The Opportunity
Are you a senior hospitality leader who believes that front-of-house service isn't just a support function—it’s the product? We are seeking a Concierge Manager to serve as the standard-bearer of the welcome for a flagship Class X commercial property in Miami Beach. This is a strategic and deeply hands-on leadership position for a professional who brings the instincts of a five-star hotelier and the discipline of a seasoned operator.
In this role, you will own the full front-of-house operation, leading a team dedicated to creating an intentional expression of luxury, care, and belonging for every tenant and guest.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Set, model, and enforce elite service standards consistently across the front-of-house team.
- Tenant Relationship Management: Serve as the primary bridge between tenants and the property team, learning names and business needs to enable genuinely personalized service.
- Anticipatory Service: Build systems and team habits that ensure tenant needs are anticipated and met before they are even expressed.
- Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and coach the concierge staff, fostering a culture rooted in excellence and accountability.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily lobby and desk operations, visitor protocols, package handling, and shift continuity.
- VIP & Recovery Management: Personally handle high-priority requests and lead escalated service recovery situations with empathy and decisiveness.
- Vendor Stewardship: Manage relationships with premium service partners and on-site vendors, holding all third parties to the building’s elevated standards.
- Brand Representation: Act as a highly visible brand representative, maintaining an impeccable personal presence and enforcing strict grooming and protocol standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5 years of progressive leadership in 5-star luxury hospitality, such as luxury hotels, private membership clubs, or ultra-luxury residential environments.
- Proven Leadership: A track record of developing high-performing teams in hands-on, guest-facing operational settings.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with visitor management systems, front-of-house technology platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional professional presence; bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

- Location: Miami Beach, Florida.
- Classification: Full-Time, Exempt.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday.
- Reporting To: Director of Hospitality.
