What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge Manager - ULTRA Luxury position at Serenity Recruitment Group?
Concierge Manager — Confidential — Miami Beach, Florida
A new kind of property is opening in Miami Beach this summer, and we’re looking for the senior front-of-house leader to set the standard from day one.
Our client is pioneering an entirely new asset class — a step above trophy Class A — built around the idea that a workplace should feel like a five-star hotel. Think Aman, Soho House, and One World Trade combined, with offices instead of rooms. High-end retail, spa, wellness, biohacking, food and beverage, a rooftop bar, a nightclub, and triple-Class-A offices with corporate headquarters, hedge funds, and law firms as tenants. The flagship opens this summer with 85% pre-lease occupancy already secured, and a national expansion to follow.
This is hospitality-led real estate in a category that has never had it. The Concierge Manager is the visible face of that promise.
The role
You will own the tenant and guest experience end-to-end. Lead the concierge team day-to-day. Personally manage VIP and complex requests with discretion. Build and own the vendor network that makes anything possible — restaurants, drivers, members’ clubs, stylists, florists, anything our tenants need. Set the service standard from day one, and hold the team and every third party to it.
You’ll report directly to a Director of Hospitality who came from Chief Concierge roles at some of the most respected hotels in the country, and a member of Les Clefs d’Or. The General Manager came from running one of New York’s most iconic mixed-use addresses after a career as a five-star hotel GM. This is the team you’ll work alongside.
What we’re looking for
• 5 years of progressive luxury hospitality experience with direct front-of-house leadership
• Ultra-luxury exposure — five-star hotels, private members’ clubs, branded residences, or senior front-of-house leadership at a high-end restaurant
• Exceptional professional presence — polished, articulate, composed, warm
• VIP and personalised service experience is mandatory
• Vendor and partner management track record
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• An existing Miami network is a significant plus
What you’ll get
• $100,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility
• Full benefits package
• Monday–Friday primary schedule — long days during events and operational peaks, but no hotel-style overnight rotation
• A new flagship property to build your reputation around — and a national platform behind it
