What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architect position at PrismHR?
Licensed Architect – Construction & Field Coordination

- Problem Solving: Identify field issues in real-time and provide immediate architectural solutions, clarifications, or redlines to keep projects moving.
- Consultant Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and civil consultants to ensure cohesive documentation and integrated design solutions.
- Compliance & Permitting: Support the permitting process by responding to plan reviewer comments and ensuring all documents meet Florida building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Project Reporting: Track field conditions and design changes, preparing detailed progress reports and documentation for leadership.
What You’ll Bring
