Overview

Prismecs is seeking a skilled Control Room Panelist (CRO) to monitor and operate gas turbine power generation systems through centralized control systems at a project site in Memphis, TN.

? Only candidates currently based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship will be considered.

This role is responsible for real-time monitoring of plant operations, alarm management, and coordination with field teams to ensure safe and efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations using SCADA / HMI systems
• Identify alarms, faults, and abnormal conditions in real time
• Maintain accurate operational logs and reporting
• Communicate with Field Operators and Shift Supervisor
• Support safe and efficient plant performance
• Coordinate shift handovers and status updates
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures

Requirements

Requirements

Required:

• 5 years of power plant operations experience
• Experience working in a control room environment (CRO / Panel Operator)
• Hands-on experience with SCADA / HMI systems
• Experience with gas turbines (TM2500 / LM2500 / LM6000 or similar)
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills

Preferred:

• Experience in mobile or temporary power plants
• Experience working in shift-based operations
• U.S.-based project experience
