Accountabilities
- Coordinates the scheduling of patients requiring admission, diagnostic procedures or classes. Sequences multiple
appointments and classes with the appropriate clinical and clerical staff. 70%
- Coordinates physician scheduling with the on-call schedulers. 10%
- Follows protocols for "day of", prep instructions, emergencies, and rescheduling. 10%
- Communicates with physician office representatives in a professional and efficient manner. 10%
