We are currently hiring a Business Community Manager for a commercial business located in Rancho Dominguez, CA.
Position: Business Community Manager
Job location: City of Industry, CA
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Shift Time: 8am-5pm
Job Description:
*Regular Property Inspections:
-Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify necessary repairs inside the office and warehouse.
*Financial Management:
-Collect security deposits and rent.
- Implement procedures for delinquent accounts.
*Tenant and Facility Management:
- Manage daily operations for existing tenants.
-Coordinate lease management and maintenance.
-Oversee turnkey preparations for new tenants.
-Troubleshoot and perform or schedule property repairs.
*Client Interaction:
-Assist sales and marketing teams by conducting client tours and promoting the property through social media and outreach.
*Occupancy Optimization:
-Review renewals and execute occupancy optimization plans.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Superior customer service skills and orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
- Ability to plan and manage work under time restraints.
- Possesses strong written, verbal, and people skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint, and have the capability of customizing administrative reports.
Pay: $23/hr
