About the Role:


The Senior Corporate Trainer plays a critical role in driving the effectiveness and impact of learning programs across the organization. This position owns training initiatives from analysis through delivery and evaluation, ensuring learning experiences are aligned to business needs and produce measurable results.

This role requires strong facilitation, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable learning. You will contribute to high-impact training programs and help ensure employees are equipped to perform at a high level in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Leads Design TNA activities for assigned programs, gathering requirements, identifying performance gaps, and translating business needs into effective learning solutions.

  • Designs and refines high-impact training assets, including slide decks, participant guides, and job aids, ensuring all materials are visually engaging and aligned with brand standards.

  • Facilitates high-impact and complex training sessions (ILT and VILT), adapting delivery to maximize clarity, engagement, and application.

  • Owns content quality and alignment across assigned programs, ensuring consistency between objectives, activities, and assessments.

  • Analyzes learner feedback and performance data to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement improvements that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Ensures training effectiveness by aligning delivery methods, content, and evaluation approaches to defined outcomes.

  • Applies business and product knowledge to ensure training is relevant, accurate, and aligned to current workflows and priorities.

  • Supports consistency across program delivery, identifying gaps or risks, and ensuring a high standard of execution.

  • Beyond Completion Rates: Training effectiveness is evaluated using multiple data points (e.g., learner feedback, knowledge checks, and performance indicators) to assess both learning and application.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Insights from data are used to identify trends, determine root causes, and continuously improve programs.

  • Stakeholder Trust: Stakeholders trust training programs because they are both engaging and results-driven, with visible impact on team performance.

  • Ownership & Adaptability: Work is delivered with a high level of ownership and adaptability, managing shifting priorities, adjusting to changing business needs, and consistently following through on commitments to meet deadlines.



Candidate Requirements:


Minimum Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a related field

  • Proven experience facilitating instructor-led training (ILT and/or VILT), including complex or high-impact sessions

  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing learning objectives

  • Strong ability to analyze feedback and performance data to inform improvements

  • Experience creating or refining training content and learning experiences

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong visual design skills with the ability to create engaging, high-quality, and interactive instructor-led training materials

  • Experience creating training materials (e.g., slide decks, facilitation guides) using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva


Preferred Requirements: 

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or a fast-paced, regulated environment

  • Experience supporting onboarding, product training, or role-based training programs

  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies

  • Experience using Adobe Learning Manager or other LMS systems

  • Ability to connect training outcomes to business performance metrics

  • Certifications such as ATD (CPTD) or Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM)

  • Experience with rapid e-learning authoring tools (e.g., EasyGenerator) to create or update supplemental digital learning content.

Compensation range: $85k-$100k
