Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker to the team in a fast-paced warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role includes pulling and packing orders. Process stock and put away in designated locations. May perform other duties as assigned by warehouse supervisor or Branch Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• packs and ship gaskets
• pull & pack orders for outgoing
• process outbound transfers, UPS, FedEx
• shelving and maintaing daily inventory
• Assemble boxes for shipments
• Keep will call area organized and current
• Cross training required on all warehouse operations
• Palletize orders with more than 5 boxes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with stock management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Have basic compouter capabilities and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 10-50lbs, climb, bend, stoop, push/pull
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions/ documents.
• Ability to work in changing environment including but not limited to cold, hot, and/or dusty environment, as well as noisy conditions.
