Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers calling or messaging the office. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, scheduling service appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting the daily operations of the different departments. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, professional, and able to remain calm in fast-paced situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Scheduling service appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on urgency, location, and availability
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment windows and updates
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Follow up on estimates, unsold work, maintenance reminders, and membership plans
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/dispatch software
- Coordinate with technicians and management throughout the day
- Process customer payments and financing information when needed
- Assist with review requests and customer satisfaction follow-up
- Help educate customers on services, maintenance, and protection plans
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns for tune-ups, memberships, and seasonal promotions
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Experience in dispatching is a plus
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
