Service Technician
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Service Technician for one of our clients in Morris, IL.
This position involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining coin operated equipment at customer locations.
The idea candidate is mechanically inclined, personable and comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installing and setting up coin-operated equipment at customer locations
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance an inspections on equipment
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs
- Drive company vehicle to customer locations within approximately a 50 mile radius
- Perform general manual labor and warehouse duties as needed
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge required
- Basic understanding and proper use of hand tools
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectivly
- Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report (MVR) and drug screening
SCHEDULE, PAY & BENEFITS:
- This is a full time position
- Starting pay: $20.00 hour
