We are currently seeking a Intake Clerk for one of our clients. This role requires office experience and a solid background in customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing intake and conducting outreach activities to support client needs.This position is located in Joliet, ILRequirements:Valid Illinois Drivers License (Clean driving record is a must- MVR will be required)Resident of Will County (Joliet, Crest Hill, Shorewood locations preferred)Computer skills and excellent customer serviceClear drug test and backgroundBilingual (Can read, speak & write) English & Spanish a must.Responsibilities:Must have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Data Entry)able to lift 30lbs without restrictionsPrevious office experienceExcellent communicationAbility to work under pressure fast passed environment.Ability to work independently as well as togetherAbility to gather information about clients to determine if they qualify for assistanceCreate client recordsAttention to detailPossess strong interpersonal skills and exemplify excellent customer serviceSelf motivate & quick learnerThis is a temp positionMonday, Tues, Thurs & Fri: 8am-4:30pmLate hours Wednesday: Until 7:30pm1-2 Sat per month is a mustHours: 35 hours per weekWeekly pay, $17 per hourNOTE: Please submit your most recent updated resume, if you meet the qualifications.
