We are seeking experienced Vessel Welders! The ideal candidates will be proficient in various welding techniques and have a strong background in fabricating and welding pressure vessels to meet strict industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality welding on pressure vessels using processes such as MIG, Fluxcore, and TIG welding, depending on project requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to complete projects accurately.
- Follow welding procedures and specifications in accordance with ASME codes.
- Conduct thorough inspections of welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Vessel Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Familiarity with ASME code requirements for pressure vessel fabrication.
- ASME certification or experience welding to ASME standards.
- Experience with welding large-diameter vessels and high-pressure equipment.
Pay: $22-$28/hr
