We are hiring Entry-Level Structural Welders to join a busy fabrication shop that builds custom equipment for the oil & gas industry! This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months to 1 year of welding experience who is looking to gain more hands-on experience and grow their welding skills.
Job Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on structural steel components

Assist with fabricating skids, platforms, equipment bases, and other structural parts

Read and follow basic blueprints and weld symbols

Use grinders, measuring tools, and other shop equipment

Inspect welds and finished parts for quality

Work alongside experienced welders and fabricators

Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of welding experience preferred

Basic MIG welding experience required

Some experience with structural steel or fabrication preferred

Basic understanding of blueprints and weld symbols

Comfortable using grinders, tape measures, and hand tools

Willingness to learn and improve welding skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work overtime as needed
