We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pressure Relief Valve Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing hands-on maintenance, manual machining, welding, troubleshooting, assessment, and repair work on pressure relief valves.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of pressure relief valves according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform manual machining and welding tasks as required for valve repair and refurbishment.
- Assess the condition of valves, identify issues, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and parts inventory.
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
- Maintain adequate supplies of replacement parts and consumables, coordinating with procurement as needed
Pay: $18-$24/hr
