What You'll Do
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and surface prepping
- Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment
- Operate curing ovens and monitor bake cycles
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality, coverage, and proper finish
- Read work orders and follow coating specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous powder coating or industrial finishing experience
- Experience with electrostatic spray equipment
- Knowledge of surface preparation and masking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
