We are hiring Assembly, Fabrication & Hydro Test Technicians for multiple oil & gas manufacturing companies. Candidates may have experience in assembly, fabrication, CNC operation, sheet metal manufacturing, or hydrostatic testing of valves, piping, and related components.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Assemble mechanical components and fabricated parts.
- Perform hydrostatic testing on valves, piping, and other components to verify quality and pressure integrity.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as shears, manual plate rollers, fiber lasers (flat and tube), and press brakes.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, CNC, or hydro testing experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience using shop equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow established quality standards.
