Business Development Manager – National Commercial Roofing Company
Colorado-based | Travel up to 25–30% | $85K–$95K Base incentives | Realistic OTE - $135k-$150k
Our client is part of a rapidly expanding commercial roofing organization recognized for its integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term client partnerships. As they continue to scale nationwide, they’re seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow regional relationships and drive new project opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Build and expand relationships with commercial and institutional clients across assigned regions.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Attend key industry and networking events, representing the company’s brand and reputation.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure client needs are met from proposal through completion.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, helping shape territory and revenue growth strategy.
What You Bring
- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within Commercial Roofing.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to building new relationships and uncovering opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 25–30%), particularly in response to regional project or event needs.
