Parenting Time Specialist (Part-Time)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 1-39 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible; evenings and weekends required
Location: Community-based

Position Overview
The Out-of-Home Services Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and equipping biological parents with the tools necessary to provide a safe, nurturing environment during monitored visitation with their child(ren). This role may also include working directly with parents to achieve individualized goals that support family reunification or preservation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support parent-child visits in accordance with service plans
- Provide guidance and skill-building to parents during visitation
- Support reunification and family preservation goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with agency staff and families
- Uphold agency values, professionalism, and confidentiality
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field such as (but not limited to):
- Social Work
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Early Childhood Development
- Or a related field
OR
Currently enrolled in college and within two semesters of completing a bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field
Comparable Experience May Be Considered:
- High school diploma or GED with at least two years of job-related or lived experience
- Associate’s degree plus one year of experience in human services or a related field
- Individuals completing bachelor’s-level internship hours in a human services field while earning their degree
