Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager with extensive knowledge across spray foam, roof coating systems, and traditional commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, and Modified Bitumen.
This role requires someone with strong hands-on field experience who understands spray equipment and application techniques while also being capable of managing crews, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring quality execution across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of commercial roofing projects including SPF foam, coating systems, and single-ply / modified systems
- Maintain strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, foam roofing, and restoration coating systems
- Operate and understand spray rigs, proportioners, and application equipment
- Hire, train, and manage roofing crews
- Coordinate with project managers and company leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Order materials and manage project logistics
- Enforce quality control standards and proper installation procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional jobsite management
- Maintain adherence to production schedules and project timelines
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, SPF, and coating systems)
- Deep knowledge of foam roofing and roof restoration systems
- Hands-on experience with spray rigs and coating equipment
- Proven ability to lead field crews and manage production
- Experience with material ordering, scheduling, and operational oversight
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing installation standards and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
