### Role OverviewAs a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support clients with personal care and daily living activities. Your role is essential in ensuring our clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported at home.

### Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic home organization
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
  
  

### Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Valid New York State PCA Certification
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
• Previous experience in home care or assisted living preferred
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to pass required health screenings
• Reliable transportation is a plus
