A leading global foodservice retailer is looking for a lawyer with 3 years' experience. For a hybrid, 3 month engagement beginning October 1.
The work will involve

supporting the Company's franchise functio - n,helping to create and revise critical agreements in support of company's relationship with its franchisee
- s.assisting in the preparation and completion of documentation for franchising restaurant franchise transactions, including helping to facilitate transactions including sales between operators, sale of company-owned restaurants and acquisitions of owner/operator restaurant

Must be able to work in Chicago area on a hybrid basis, in office 3 days a week, Tuesday-Thursday week
Salary : $65 - $75
