We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Printing Bindery Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Execute finishing tasks including binding, cutting, folding, and other bindery operations with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions promptly
- Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs or machining as needed
- Utilize forklift skills for material handling and inventory management within the manufacturing environment
- Follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery cutter, MBO folders, Muller Stitcher and other manufacturing tools
Experience
- Hands-on experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to operate CNC machines and perform basic machining tasks is a plus
- Knowledge of print advertising standards is desirable
- Prior experience with forklift operation and safety certification is preferred
