Location: PrintsWell Pelham, Alabama
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour, Evening shift differential
Schedule:
- Full Time: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM4:00 PM
- OR SundayThursday, 4:30 PM12:30 AM
Position Type: Seasonal through the end of the year with the possibility of a permanent placement

Job Description
The Bindery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating semi-automated paper cutting equipment. Prior print-finishing experience is a plus, but not requiredwe will train the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load paper and set up the correct cutting program using computer controls
- Monitor the flow of paper to ensure cutting accuracy and quality
- Identify and correct irregularities during operation
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Mechanical and computer skills are a plus
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines
- Willingness to occasionally work overtime as needed (especially during peak season)
