Summary
Sell hardware and consumables through direct and indirect sales channels teaming with sales team to support and drive sales to end-users and channel partners. Assist with sales related tasks to aid in the closing of sales. Establish long-term relationships selling to existing customers while managing inbound sales requests to grow our non-impact printer business. Duties include inbound and outbound telesales activity for new or existing accounts by responding to phone, email inquiries and orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to end-users and partners to develop new business opportunities and relationships.
- Manage all inbound sales inquiries by distributing leads to the channel or selling direct where appropriate to meet and exceed the revenue objectives.
- Work with outside sales team to grow non-impact printing solutions, teaming with our NIP distributor and reseller partners.
- Sell consumables to distributors & channel partners with or without hardware.
- Responsible for selling and closing of maintenance/service contracts bundled with new printer sales.
- Communicate & educate customers & partners on our products, programs, and promos.
- Work in a teamwork fashion with the sales team to ensure Printronix success within the region. Provide assistance with customer requests to aid in the closing of sales.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal departments to resolve customer questions and problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business related field.
- 2-4 years experience in a corporate sales environment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills. Superior in bonding, qualifying and closing deals

Physical Demands & Environmental/Working Conditions
- Incumbent must be able to perform the Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the job (stated above).
- Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
- Typically requires the ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time, use the telephone, and enter data on a computer into corporate CRM.
