We are hiring seasoned phone sales professionals with a proven track record in high-intensity, dialer-driven sales environments. If you’ve spent 2 years closing deals in Debt Settlement, Tax Relief, Solar Sales, Home Improvement, Insurance, Mortgage/Refinance, Credit Repair, Timeshare, or a similar high-volume phone sales industry, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team with uncapped earning potential and clear leadership growth pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Sales Execution
- Engage and close warm, inbound and aged leads provided by our in-house marketing team.
- Apply your proven experience in fast-paced phone sales to qualify, pitch, and close.
- Follow a structured sales process while adjusting your approach based on client tone and urgency.
- Navigate objections quickly and confidently, securing high-close-ratio conversions.
Relationship Management
- Build rapport through high-touch client communication and value-driven conversations.
- Stay in front of prospects with structured follow-up strategies using our CRM tools.
- Maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals through trust-based selling.
Performance & Metrics
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including dials, talk time, revenue closed, and conversion rates.
- Utilize data insights to refine your pitch and increase your close ratio.
- Compete in a sales floor where performance is rewarded with bonuses and advancement opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in one or more of the following industries:
- Debt Settlement
- Tax Relief
- Solar Sales
- Home Improvement / Energy Efficiency
- Insurance (Life, Health, Auto, Homeowners)
- Mortgage / Reverse Mortgage / Refinance
- Credit Repair
- Timeshare Exit / Vacation Packages
- OR any similar high-volume, call center sales environment
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Fast-talking, confident closers who thrive on the phones.
- Resilient mindset with thick skin and mental toughness.
- Disciplined with strong time management and punctuality.
- Strong follow-up, re-sale, and lead management skills.
- Strong understanding of rapport building and structured rebuttals.
